This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 4th January, 2019 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandikhole in C.S. No.16 of 2015, whereby an application under Section 10 C.P.C. has been rejected. 3.

In course of hearing, Miss Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that since in the connected CMP No.1408 of 2018, this Court has directed for early disposal of the suit, she does not want to press this CMP. 4.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed of as not pressed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
