None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call but this is a successive bail application of the Petitioner. The bail application of the Petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court. 3.

In view of the above facts, especially when none appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, it presupposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
