Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and issue Rule "NISI" to the opp. parties to show cause as to :

i) Why, the O.P.No.2 and 3 will not be directed to cause a joint verification of the work undertaken by the petitioner as per the work order dt.27.02.2009 within a stipulated time;

ii) Why the Opp.Parties will not be directed to make the payment of the work, i.e. Rs.2,00,000/- within a stipulated time ; and if the opp.parties do not show cause then the Rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ/writs or any other order as deem fit be passed."

There is no filing of counter affidavit even though the Writ Petition was filed in 2010. This matter has not been admitted even as

// 2 // of now. This Court is not inclined to admit such matter after such lapse of twelve years.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed.
