Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.
2.
Undisputedly, pettier is not in receipt of copy of outcome on his objection. This Court is of the opinion that in the event there is already outcome, there will be requirement of appropriate grounds in approaching the dispute involved herein. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks some time to get into the copy of outcome on his objection, copy of which has already been applied. This Court finds the writ petition in the present circumstance is not entertainable but, however, in disposal of the writ petition, as not entertainable in the present scenario, directs the petitioner to bring appropriate writ petition after getting the copy of outcome of objection.
