Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves disposal of Annexure-5, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners also reduces his prayer to the extent hereinabove. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event such representation is available and pending before Opposite Party No.4, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners but however giving personal hearing to the Petitioners.
