3. Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties contended that the petitioner's prayer for grant of NOC for the academic year 2013-14 and by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Having considered the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
