Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the judgment dated 14.09.2012 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.912(C) of 2012, by which the claim of the petitioner has been denied by holding that no discrimination was made in the selection test conducted by the Staff Selection
Commission in respect of all the candidates.

Since the process of selection has been concluded, pursuant to advertisement issued under Annexure-1, and as such, none is there to prosecute the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Alok /Sukanta ...........................
