02. 1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

Mr. Nanda, learned AGA states that the present contempt petition has become infructuous as the directions contained in the order dated 5.8.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.13327 of 2019 stands complied with as the due amount of compensation for the acquired land of the petitioner, has been released on 14.2.2020.
3. Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
7. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, P.T.O.
