For the disposal of similar nature of matter involving W.P.(C) No.3931 of 2009, the decision taken therein shall also govern here. As a consequence, this Court setting aside the order at Annexure-25 remits the matter back to the stage prior to Annexure-25. This Court also extends the interim protection granted in W.P.(C) No.3931 of 2009 till a fresh decision is taken by the Management in the event any fresh cause of action.
