This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Petitioner is a defaulting borrower of a Term Loan availed from Baripada Urban Co-operative Bank, Head Office Branch, Baripada, District-Mayurbhanj.

3. By filing the present Writ Petition, prayer has been made for directing the Bank to settle the account by way of a compromise/OTS.

4. We find that after issue of notice by this Court vide order dated 15th April, 2013, the Petitioner did not deposit the complete requisites for service of the Opposite Parties. Since then, till now, no effort has

// 2 // been made to take any steps for getting the case listed.

5. That apart, no reference to any OTS Scheme has been made under which a settlement could take place nor in writ jurisdiction is this Court competent to issue a direction to the Bank to effect a compromise.

6. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we find no ground to invoke our writ jurisdiction.

7. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
