petition. The explanation offered that it was 'due to the fault of the conducting counsel' is vague and gives no detailed explanation for every day's delay in filing the revision petition. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to condone the delay.

2. Misc. Case No.148 of 2015 is dismissed.
