1. The impugned order remits the matter back to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the matter has not progressed.

2. The Court directs that on the strength of the present order, the Petitioner will appear before the Tahasildar, Jatni on 21st March 2022, and if not already disposed of, W.L. Case No.833 of 1977 will be disposed of by the Tahasildar Jatni after hearing the Petitioner and other parties who might be affected and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of three months thereafter and in any event, not later than 20th June, 2022. All the contentions of the parties are left open to be urged before the Tahasildar in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of.
