1. There is no stay order passed by this Court in this petition thus far. It is not clear whether an application seeking reference under Sections 18 & 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has at all been filed by the Petitioners.

2. It appears that the persons who are beneficiaries under the land acquisition Award have already received their compensation amount. It is also appears that there is a civil suit pending between the present Petitioner and the persons who have received compensation. Accordingly, leaving it open to the Petitioners to work out their remedies in the pending civil suit, the writ petition is disposed of.
