This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Krushnaprasad-Opposite Party No.3 for early disposal of OLR Case No.51 of 1976 pending before him. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court by order dated 22nd February, 2022 directed the learned State Counsel to take instruction in the matter.

Today, Mr. Mishra, learned ASC on receiving written instruction vide letter No.469 dated 23rd February, 2022 submits that the original case record in OLR Case No.51 of 1976 is not traceable in the office of Tahasildar, Krushnaprasad. However, steps are being taken to trace out the same and he prays for three months' time for disposal of the said OLR Case No.51 of 1976. A copy of the written instruction produced by learned State Counsel is taken on record.

Taking into consideration the written instruction received by Mr. Mishra, learned ASC, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that the Tahasildar, Krushna Prasad-Opposite Party No.3 shall make an endeavour for early disposal of the OLR case No.51 of 1976, as expeditiously as possible preferably by 31st May, 2022 giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with Tahasildar, Krushnaprasad for reconstruction of the record, if required and for early disposal of the said OLR Case.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
