This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the orders of dated 16th July, 2011 and 26th July, 2011 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore in G.R. No.47/2010(V) wherein the learned Special Judge has been rejected his application filed under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. to discharge him in the aforesaid case and framed the charge against the Petitioner respectively.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. 4.
Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department submits that since trial has already been concluded, the matter has become infructuous. 5.
Be that as it may, since no appears on behalf of the Petitioner, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
