CORAM:

THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH

ORDER

07.09.2022 Order No.

04.

1. In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit that many of the encroachers have been evicted and encroachment cases against the remaining will be taken to the logical end, no further directions are called for in that regard. Even as regards the allegation about payments being made, the counter affidavit explained in a tabular form to the persons who have been paying money regularly to the Panchayat Office instead of the Revenue Department. Clearly, therefore, some action has been taken even in that regard by the Opposite Parties - State.

2. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

(Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge S.K. Jena/Secy.
