It is contended that the learned Single Judge has erred in directing the release of the seized vehicle upon deposit of half of the amount overdue in violation of the RBI guidelines dated 12th November, 2021 supplemented by instructions dated 15th February, 2022 apart from passing the order without providing an opportunity to the Bank to place the correct facts on record.

2. Issue notice to the respondents/opposite parties by Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D. making it returnable by 20.04.2023. Requisites for issuance of notice to the respondents/opposite parties shall be filed within a week.
