Considering the fact that the prayer for discharge of the petitioner in C.T. (SS) No.130 of 2010 has already been refused by the trial vide order dated 12.01.2011 and the same has already been challenged before this Court in CRLREV No.52 of 2011, this CRLMC filed challenging the impugned order of cognizance has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed being infructuous. Interim order dated 21.01.2011 passed by this Court stands vacated.
