Claiming rehabilitation benefit the Petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-7 before the Collector, AngulOpposite Party No.2 on the ground that he is a land oustees. The said representation is stated to be still pending. 4.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Angul-Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order taking into consideration the Uniform Guidelines for rehabilitation of the displaced persons/families due to S.E.C.L. Projects at

Sambalpur and Dhenkanal district (Page 34 of the writ petition-Annexure-6). The entire exercise be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy or soft copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy or soft copy of this order to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexures-6 and 7. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
