This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the final assessment order dated 23rd February, 2016 (Annexure-4). 3.

Since the order impugned herein is appealable under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, I am not inclined to entertain the same. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appeal against the order impugned herein taking all grounds available to him in law. While considering the delay in filing the appeal, the Appellate Authority may consider the delay liberally taking into consideration the period of pendency of the writ petition before this Court from 10th May, 2016 till date.
