1. There is no interim order passed in this petition, which is Order No.

pending over 11 years now. Consequently, at this stage, the Court considers it not appropriate to interfere with the impugned order dated 14th November, 2007 of the J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road taking cognizance of the offence.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
