1. Since there is no stay order passed by this Court, the impugned order has already worked itself out in terms of which the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3 will get 50% each of TOD benefit. Since eleven years has elapsed, the Court is not inclined to change the status quo vis-à-vis the TOD benefits at this stage.
