None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the action of Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 in recording the names of Opposite Party No.4-Secretary, CARD Bank, Limited, Jharsuguda and Opposite Party No.5-Secretary, Black Diamond Technical Education Society, Mandalia (Brajarajnagar), Jharsuguda in the R.O.R. under Annexures-2 and 3.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that this Court vide order dated 21st July, 2011 while issuing notice in the matter passed an interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the land in question.

In view of availability of the efficacious statutory remedy to the Petitioners to assail the correctness of the R.O.Rs. under Annexures-2 and 3, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 6.

The interim order dated 21st July, 2011 passed in Misc. Case No. 9227 of 2011 stands vacated.
