Heard Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

The sole prayer of the Petitioner in this writ application is to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 pending before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar, District-Nuapada-opposite party No.2. 4.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ application is dispose of, directing Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar, District-Nuapada-opposite party No.2 to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on 12.12.2013 under Annexure-1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. The writ application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
