It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that since Petitioner stated to have died in the meanwhile, the petition has become infructuous. In this regard, a memo dated 25th February, 2022 has been filed.

It appears that none of the relatives of the Petitioner has come forward seeking the leave to continue the Criminal Misc. Case. 4.
