The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 09.04.2009 passed by the Member, Co-operative Tribunal, Orissa, Bhubaneswar in Service Dispute No.8 of 2002. 6.
Mr. P.K. Rout, learned counsel for opp. party no.4 stated that the order of the Tribunal is complied with by reinstating the petitioner in service. Therefore, there is no cause of action survives for the petitioner.
