This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to sanction/fixation pay in existing promotional pay band and grade pay i.e. PB-II (9300-34800) G.P-4600 in pay matrix legel-10 attached to the promotional post as per (MACP entitlement) and RACP Rule-2013 for the post of Asst. Fisheries Officer towards 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of continuous service w.e.f. 01.01.2013 and also disburse all legal dues and service benefit taking into Annexures-1 & 2 and 9.
4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexure-1 within a
stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.
5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrue-1 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
