This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner, co-borrower of education loan for his daughter's higher study bearing Account No.520172210000022 laid grievance by way of the writ petition that the Opposite PartiesBank since 2012 has been deducted more than seven thousand from the monthly salary maintained in the savings bank account without prior intimation. The Petitioner wished to settle the education loan account with the Bank.

This Court vide order dated 12th March, 2013 while issuing notice to the Opposite Parties passed the following interim order:- "*** As an interim measure, this Court directs that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner till 18th April, 2013 subject to the Petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.30.000/- (thirty thousand) with the bank in two equal
// 2 // installments. The first installment shall be deposited by 29th March, 2013 and the second by 15th April, 2013." 4.
At the time of call, none appears for either of the Parties. It appears that by efflux of time, the cause of action does not survive anymore and the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter.

Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
