The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to set aside the order dated 06.11.2012 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1598 of 2012 under Annexure-6, by which the petitioner has challenged her order of transfer.

Since the petitioner has challenged her order of transfer, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
