Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

There is no appropriate cause title. This Court observes when the objection is raised by the District Adibasi Sangha, Kalahandi through Sri Prakash Majhi, no writ petition will be entertainable through Sri Prakash Majhi. This Court finds there is technical defect in filing the writ petition in his personal capacity and thus the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of technical defect, however, with liberty to file fresh writ petition at the instance of competent party.
