CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R.K.PATTANAIK Order No.
ORDER
04.07.2022 04.
1. It appears that learned counsel for the Petitioner seeking benefit of resolution passed by the Government copy of which is annexed as Annexure-1 seeking allotment of some land in her favour. Learned counsel for the State points out that the appropriate course of action that the Petitioner should adopt is to file a lease case for grant of lease in her favour before the Tahasildar invoking the appropriate provisions of the concerned statute.
2. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to avail of such alternative remedy, the writ petition is disposed of.
