There is an inordinate delay of 1 year and 134 days in filing the revision petition. The Court is not satisfied with the explanation given for condonation of delay. Further, the tax effect being insubstantial, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. Consequently, the delay is not condoned. Misc. Case No.60 of 2013 is dismissed. Consequently, the STREV is dismissed. However, the question of law is left open for decision in some other appropriate case.
