1. The impugned order permits the Appellant to continue as Anganwadi Helper till a fresh selection as held. Apparently, a fresh selection has not yet been held and the Appellant is continuing.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court is not persuaded to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
