This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. relating to Badachana P.S. Case No.51 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. Case No.207 of 2012, pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Chandikhol. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants withdraw this Criminal Misc. Case with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceeding, if pending against him on filing of the final form in the aforesaid case.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
