The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to record Plot No. 110, 111, 112, 80, 81 and 82 under Hal Khata No. 665 in Mouza Kamarpur under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore in his name.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash prays for withdrawal of this writ petition under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 to work out his remedy.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
