The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to sanction/fixation pay in existing promotional pay band and grade pay i.e. PB-II grade pay of Rs.4600/- in pay matrix of level-10 attached to promotional post as per MACP entitlement and RACP Rules, 2013 for the post of Asst. Fisheries Officer towards 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of continuous service w.e.f. 01.01.2013 and disburse all legal dues and service benefits within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-1 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ
petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 taking into consideration Annexure-1, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
