1. For the reasons stated in the order passed today in CRLMC No.640 of 2011 (Dr. Ashok Swain v. State of Orissa and another), the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10th November 1996, passed by the J.M.F.C., Nimapara in G.R. Case No.148 of 1995 corresponding to Kakatpur P.S. Case No.16 of 1995 and all the proceedings consequent thereto including the FIR itself are hereby quashed.

2. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
