This is an application for extension of time to deposit the tax in terms of the order dated 27.1.2022 passed in W.P.(C).No. 1737 of 2022.

Considering the reason stated in the application, this Court grants further 10 days time from today to the petitioner to deposit the tax in terms of the order dated 27.1.2022.
