1. Heaving heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is of the view that there is no disobedience by the Opposite Parties of the order passed by this Court on 20th November, 2012 on the basis of the letter dated 28th July, 2012 of the Opposite Party Bank. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent letter dated 21st January, 2013 of the Bank, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

2. The contempt petition is disposed of.
