2. Heard Mr. S. D. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Against the order of provisional assessment made under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Since against the order of provisional assessment made under Section 126 of the Electricity Act appeal lies, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the approach the appropriate forum.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High
