2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Kaniha P.S. Case No.47 of 2014 corresponding to G.R Case No.270 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

4. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
