2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 08.07.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna in ICC No.20 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

5.Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
