1. According to learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Petitioners Order No.

and the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5 have already settled all their disputes. However, none has appeared on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 5 and their sworn statements are also not on record.

2. Consequently, the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5 are permitted to have their respective statements recorded before the trial Court and on that basis to apply for discharge.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
