This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Despite several opportunities have given to learned counsel for the petitioner but, he did not appear. On perusal of the order dated 13.09.2022, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear on several occasions and a last chance, time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, when the matter is called also none appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls. 3.

In such view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed for non-prosecution and the interim protection as passed earlier stands vacated.

However, the ppetitioner is given liberty to revive this application by filing an appropriate petition in the event the cause of action still survives.
