Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the revenue authorities, more particularly the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 in entertaining the mutation application filed by it in respect of Plot No.564/777 under Hal Khata No.229/20 in mouza Bhuasuni under Bhubaneswar tahasil in the district of Khordha. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar by filing a properly constituted application.
