1. Heaving heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that Order No.

if it has not yet been disposed of, the Petitioner's application dated 2nd August, 2013 seeking allotment of the lease of the land in question in his favour stated to be pending before the Tahasildar, Lathikata will be disposed of by that authority after hearing the Petitioner within a period of three months from today.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Tahasildar concerned for compliance.
