1. The Petitioner will appear before the J.M.F.C., Soro in C.T. Case No.612(A) of 2010 on 5th December, 2022 and till then, the interim order passed by this Court on 6th May, 2016 shall continue. Thereafter, the proceedings will continue in accordance with law. No further directions are called for.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
