The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming for regularization of his service.

For the self-same relief, the petitioner had filed O.A. No.2167(C) of 1995 before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttak, which has been disposed of on 18.02.2013. Since the Tribunal has already passed order in favour of the petitioner, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Dr. B.R.
