Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 3.

Petitioner in modification of her prayer involved herein restricts her prayer only to the aspect of consideration of her application for realization of arrear maintenance appears to be pending vide Annexure-4. Keeping in view the innocuous prayer, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes in the event the application vide annexure-4 is pending consideration of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patnagarh , the same may be considered and decided appropriately by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
