Heard Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime Jasipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 448, 376 and 511 I.P.C., Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
